Front porch. This is not siding. The green is the clapboard that is found under the shingles. I just removed the shingles from the porch area, power washed the clap board and painted.

Wood Master brand outside wood furnace. 5 yrs old. All new seals. Recently serviced. Wood fire heats water that is pumped into the house where forced air is pushed through it. Heats entire house and hot water. When not in use there is oil back up for heat and propane back up for water.
Drastically reduces heating bill!

The front room of the house is store front ready. The front porch leads into this room. There is a rest room inside the room. There is a large built in desk with room for a register, computer connection and phone. I used this room as a rubber stamp shop. Regular tourist traffic for consistant sales.
The house has a large walk in attic with a storage closet. There is also a full size attic above the main body of the house as well as a full dirt floor cellar and root cellar. PLENTY of storage space for a large family.
